Dear All

What does one have to do regarding the legals of samples from other recording artists work, films, TV......
A collaboration project is going to get pressed and there are some nasties in there. Not plagiarism style, just sound/groove helping.
If anyone has any advice or experience it would be greatly appreciated. The pressing run is only small and (of course) there is no spare money. Is there a body you can just register them with or something.
