capacitor ? for teac A2300sx r2r
I have a fried cap which I need to replace on the board for my reel to reel. There are four caps altogether.
Does anyone know what the caps are for i.e, electrical charge storage, or noise filter caps? I am ordering a service manual. When the cap that fried is removed the deck works fine as far as the 3 motors, which makes me think maybe they are noise filters, but if there are 4 of them, I would assume they must be for volt storage. Two of them are 16V and 2 are35V. Just scored this thing for free, but I still dont need to do anything stupid right away! thanks |
