upgrading from cubase se3 to essential 4

Im thinking abount upgrading to cubase essential 4 from se3. has anybody done it? is it worth it? I use a lot of vst instruments so the freezing function comes in handy for me but other than that which other features you think are good. by the way, can I do mastering with this new version or should I buy wavelab?

to get the final word on what it will or wont do go to the steinberg site... they used to have comparison lists of features... i suspect though the biggest diff is going to be the implimentation of the new vst standard which should give you some insurance in reguards to future compatability issues...
