Two I'm considering.
It's bad enough that my collection is currently at 19 total, but not only am I planning to build a lap steel and a 12-string "Telecaster Deluxe," I'm also thinking about TWO more to buy, in the coming future. I tend to love playing rockabilly and surf instrumentals, and have definitely fallen in love with the tones from P90 pickups. To that end, here are two that I'm seriously considering:
Reverend Warhawk II 390 Dean Palimino With the Reverend, there is a Les Trem kit available (don't know if it's still a factory option), and for the Dean I'd replace the tailpiece with whichever Bigsby is appropriate. I already have a Gibson Les Paul Melody Maker (single P90), Gibson Les Paul Faded Double Cut (two P90s) and Peavey JF2 EX (2 mini humbuckers), but I wouldn't mind more of a tonal pallet from three P90s. ![]() Matt
