Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just recently purchased BFD, and as I am familiar with setting it up in Pro Tools, I'd ultimately love to be able to do the following:
I want to be able to sequence BFD using my Boss DR-670 drum machine or my Roland SP-606 (b/c I am very comfortable with sequencing on those machines), and then send it to PT and have the tempo's sync to pro tools. I use a midi controller keyboard as well which I have programmed all the key maps to my preference. Basically, whats the most efficient way to do this? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help! ![]() |

Sync
I wish I had known ahead of time that Pro Tools digi 003 was going to have a BNC cable out-let, but oh well1 Anyhow you should be ok using MTC or MMC with your set-up in Pro Tools. Make sure that in set-up you choose external clock setting and assign a SMPTE offset and time code at the same rate for both Pro Tools and which ever outside that you want to clock to.
