Slowing the click down in mid-song

hey all, i have been searchign around a litle bit on the net to find directions on how to slow down or speed up a click in pro tools m-powered. I can't seem to find the directions on how to do it clearly. I would like to be able to start it at like 200 and slow down to like 195 but like slowly and not just a sudden change to 195.

does anyone no how to do this in m-powered?

thanks!
-Jesse

Cosmonaut is on a distinguished road
im not at a pro tools station right now, but there is an icon on the top left corner, one of the 2 i circled in the picture, and checkmark tempo when you open it. Now move your playheat marker to the exact part you want the tempo to change and click add tempo, and enter in the value.

If you have 7.4 with elastic time, you can draw in the tempo in the tempo screen. and actually set markers like you would a fade..
