MBox with PT M-powered?

I have to mixdown some tracks for a friend's band. One of the guys has PT M-powered, but lent his M-audio box to a friend. Another guy in the band has an old MBox. Will the Mbox work with Pro Tools Mpowered? Or will it only recognize M-Audio devices?

Thx!

no, you'll need an m-audio interface.

If you're friend has the mbox surely you can just install LE??

Yea, he's trying to find his LE discs...in the meantime I was hoping it would work w/ M-powered. Thx for the info.
