Hopefully this is the right forum :-) ...but can anyone suggest a good pair of monitors to buy, for mixing and editing.... my budget is around $200, thanks and God bless!!

I think that it would be tough to find a good pair of monitors for 200 bucks. If you can try to spend more if possible. Other than that the only thing that I can think of for that kind of money would be avantone mixcubes. But I think that they are mainly for as an extra monitor to listen to mixes with.

Exactly ^^ Ive got those guys and for the buck they're great so I'd advise going with those.

For $200 you'll be having to settle for used monitors. Otherwise, a decent starter pair is the Behringer Truth active units.
