Probably not. Too many things have fundamentally changed between 3 and 4

no.... backward compatability is often there but not forward...

Thanks...I popped up to the studio up the road running nuendo and it opened fine CS4 still saves as a .cpr file...whew.

wow glad it worked for you but i would have bet against it... they still use cpr as a file type but so much has changed particularly with the new vst3 standard.... anyhow glad it worked...
