Recommended Length for Moogami Quad Cable & ADAT Brand Quality?

I'm making some cables from bulk with Moogami Quad Cable & Neutrik connectors. How long can they be up to for quality results?

Also, I need to pick up some ADAT cables. Is there any quality difference that matters from say Hosa to more reputable brands? I sort of thought the difference was considered insignificant for digital cables. Know any good places to find value quality adat cables online? I need a few of them.

Mic cables? A couple hundred feet anyway....

Optical cables, not too sure.
