I've been using Cake 9.0 and Sonar came in, just then, the computer crashed (nothing to do with Sonar). So, I'm finally getting to play with it. To test it out, I opened one of the demo songs.... (that I have used in Cake) made the settings and...nothing. I open the song in Cake and it plays fine. In sonar (I'm talking about the audio portion of riff funk demo or whatever the name is) you can see the meters flying up and down, but no sound. I pulled the loops and they play fine in every other program I have. I am running sonar into a Yamaha digital mixer via ADAT lightpipe from a Dakota (frontier design co) card. The settings for the tracks are the same as the ones in Cake and when I open console view, the faders are at 0dbs (just like Cake).... What am I missing here??

Thanks in advance!!

try this,i had to. in audio/ options /driver profiles change the setting to 32 bit left justified , it worked for me . your setting may be different but there are only 4 or 5 choices to sift thru. good luck, keith

How the *&^#^%^&#$((*&&*(^ did you figure that out? I flipped everything I (thought) I saw on Sonar and nothing and I am relatively familiar with Cake (been using it since about 2.0).

Life is good! Going to have Easter dinner with my family, see some friends and come back and play with Sonar!

U da man!! Thanks again
