Mac Software!?

Im new to this Forum and i have noticed that REAPER is kind of a crowd favorite. i have windows... but i like to record mosty on my macbook i was just wondering if there is a solid recording program out there (besides GarageBand

)

basically all i use is an Alesis io/26 Firewire interface
and just plug in all my drum mics and what not.
anway thnx for any help in advance!

Ahhhh, you DO know that Justin is developing and has a version of Reaper for Mac????
