"Dry" track vs. "Wet" track
I'm reading Owsinkski's Mixing Engineer's Handbook and there are a couple of terms that I've not sure I'm grasping correctly.
What's the difference between a dry track and a wet track? |

A " Wet" track has one or more effect on it, whereas a dry track has none...dry right out of the mic...Hope that helps

a wet track is a song that gets you laid by a lot of women
![]() A dry track means you're going to get anally reamed by Bubba as soon as you play it for anyone. |
