hiya guys, i know i know its remedial, but i'm stuck, im trying to mix down a midi composition down to wav, using wavetable sounds, not VST, or as a .MIDI file,
(set left adn right loop deelys, click monitor on tracks then) file>export>audio mixdown.... as i do all the time for audio, and a 2min blank track, i know im doing some thing retarded but i shall take the shame and ask, haha ![]() please help x |

did you set outs of midi tracks for wavetable sounds generating device?

yeh i played it in on a midi keyboard and listened back to it over my sound card

Are you using a wavetable synth built into your soundcard? If so, that will not route internally back to Cubase, you have to use a virtual audio cable (or real one) or just find a GM VST to use

ah ok thanks for the help, i just used a cable to route it back into my sound card, and it dobles up the soudn... but is kinda cool so i kept it haha

Dont monitor the incoming channel and record it as an audio track, then mute the midi channels
