graffiti

audible graffiti? Some good times, some sad times, and a guitar. mostly just a guitar.

Working with some alternate tunings, and this is what I came up with.
I've got some volume issues here and there with the panning, but I think this is a pretty neat little ditty.

Thumbs up

Cool little tune. Minor tuning issues but I think it's well worth a listen or three.

Maybe some reverb?

You sure can play the guitar, there's no question about that!

Is the buzz on that drone string intentional?
Some good ideas in this that could be developed into a song. The minor tuning/pitch issues aside this was a good excursion.

Very nice playing...I hear what the others are saying about the tuining....certain chords seem to have a out of pitch sound.....other then that very cool song...what tuining are you using?

Hey guys, thanks for the comments. Sorry for the bump, but I have been busy moving to atlanta these last few days, so i haven't had a chance to reply.

Yeah, there are some subtle (serious ) tuning issues here. It is mostly the open tuning i chose. The strings are hard to keep a good pitch when i am walking around on the bottom string. Anytime I play it around the seventh fret or so, it is super sharp and it is rather difficult to not push down on it hard while barring the rest of the strings.

I believe it is tuned to an open a7:

c#
a
e
d
a
a

I was really proud of this tune considering it is one single track. Three takes, one good one. It reminded me a bit of a contemporary led zep3 or maybe some unplugged at earl's court.
