Beginner help...

I just bought a vs-1880 and i have a few questions..

After i have mastered the tracks to track 17 and 18 and entered the cdr menu ..i then don´t know which virtual track to choose from in that long list. i know i have recorden on 17/18-16 , but i still don´t know which ones to choose from on the left and right channel. so if you could just write the names on the default settings for the left and right channel.

Another question.. when i record a guitar on track 7/8 i record on both of them, how do i just record on track 7, and how just on 8?
