how do you print fx on 388?

Hey all,

I have a 388 and have been trying to figure out how to print effects to tape. I used to do it on my 424, but can't for the life of me figure it out on the 388.

you can plug them into the inserts on each channel.
(ie: the send/receive jacks)

Or you can use two unused main input mixer channels for the effect's returns to further play with panning, eq or other side-chain processing and assign that to the target recording buss. This method can come in handy if the inserts are already being used by an other processor like a compressor or gate.
