NI Kore freebie
i recieved notification today and thought i'ld pass it on...
native instruments has released a freebie version of it's kore player... works as standalone or vsti windoze or mac... Free download... hope the link works... otherwise just find thier site and the download shouldn't be hard to find...

it will work as a stand alone player and/or vsti-rtas within an app and give you the ability to index your sounds with tags etc similar to soundframe/mediabay within cubase...
