Echo Laya 3G vs M-Audio Delta 1010

Thanks to everyone who recommended the Layla 3G as a replacement for my Delta 1010 which recently went the way of the dinosaur. As mentioned by some posters, the sound quality is indeed higher on the Layla: more crisp/clear and with a lot more balls. The track I'm currently working on had the first half recorded on the Delta and the new parts done through the Layla. Basically I have to go back to the drawing board becuase the Layla takes sound so much better - the Delta ones now sound sub par. I used exactly the same chain - same guitar DI'd through a Rocktron Prophesy II on the same patches. Anyway, just confirming this for anyone out there who was wondering if there was any difference.

Oh yeah, besides the built in preamps, the dedicated headphone out makes this a great buy for the money.
