Sony Analog R2R Tape

Anybody familiar with a specific Sony R2R back-coated 1/4" tape with white leader with solid black rectangles followed by black rectangles with 3 arrows and the space between them begins with a large S and ends with a large Y with diagonal numbers and sony in very small script between the S and Y?

Would at least like to know what Sony tape it is before I assume it's bad.
