exporting midi

I know to use mixdown audio --> export to file to get my project saved as a sound file but the midi tracks (whether the project is all midi or just partially midi) are not able to be exported. Please help. I need to export midi and cannot figure out how. Thanks.

MIDI cannot be exported unfortunatly, but you can re-record the MIDI part as an audio track and then export the audio track. To re-record the MIDI track as an audio track check out this link.
