I have a M-Audio MidAir 37 MIDI controller with 8 knobs and 9 sliders that folks at Guitar Center reassured me could be synced up with Pro Tools to use for mixing/automation. It's not really working out so far, is this just not going to be compatible? Any suggestions for troubleshooting or insight on this issue? I'm going to call Digidesign and M-Audio on Monday but I hear their customer service isn't so hot.
Thanks. |
