Autoslice in 10 sec increments in Sonar 6?

Is there a way to take a track in Sonar 6 and automatically cut it into 10 second slices?

I am uploading a 960 second wave file into 10 second bits for upload to SecondLife. I could do it manually but since I want to do this frequently, I'm looking for automation of some sort.

I can't find anything related in a search of the help files.

It is always just seconds after posting a question that I discover an answer!

I was searching for "cut", "splice", "divide" etc. I should have just looked at the menu item "split". Duh!
