My Idea For A Studio?

Okay, well i was watching the news and there was a story about a person that
made a house out of shipping container's,

and i got thinking, would it make an okay recording studio if i were
to convert an old shipping container in to 1,

i would weld a wall (in bout 4 m) the shipping container would be 12m by 3m

in the wall i would put in a sound proof window and a door,

my concerns are the drum kit , and the acoustics,

i would use the bubbly foam stuff to sound proof it,



please let me no what you all think.
