Metronome causes midi delayed start in Sonar 7

Hi all,

I've got a midi track for my session drummer that gets delayed by the exact amount of measures I have the metronome counting in for whenever I record. On regular playback the midi track starts on time. Anyone have a solution to fix this problem?

I'm at work now so i can't tell you the exact menu but in the same panel where you set up the metronome. There is an option to have a count in. Turn that off or make the measures 0.

I think the menu is Options then Project. Or maybe Options then Global.

okay, i know which menu you are talking about. So the best way to resolve the situation is basically not do a metronome count in then? I suppose I could just have one measure of lead in drums and then start recording audio at the second measure. Thanks!
