Suggestions Wanted: Hooking Up Monitor HPs

I have a Delta 66 board with the breakout box. Even though I have two available output jacks, I can't for the life of me figure out how to configure everything so that the monitor output goes in STEREO to each of these jacks so that I can hook up two pairs of headphones for monitoring purposes.

I have a stereo monitor out on my real-world mixing board but of course that's the signal BEFORE it goes into the computer (Ableton Live), and I want to hear the signal in the computer mixer.

Suggestions, please.

Thank you in advance.
