Yamaha AW1600 question: mix automation via scenes?
So, I'm trying out this Yamaha AW1600 and generally having a good time with it. However, the manual gives little discussion to creating and using "scenes". I'm assuming that since all parameters can be saved in a scene, that one can automate mixing somewhat by just programming scene changes throughout a song. However, there really isn't any explanation of how to do this in the manual. When you push the "scene" button you can move through three pages: library, recall safe and pc table. The manual doesn't mention what pc table is but it seems to map a sequence of scenes to scene library entries. Can anyone help me out here with how to program scene changes into a mix, or let me know if this can't be done? Thanks!
Cheers, Otto |
