Tascam M600 recording console
Hi: I have an old M 600 32 channel 16 bus Tascam that I just love. I bought it a couple of years ago on Ebay from a studio in North Carolina. It was hooked up to Tascam da-88's, but I've got it hooked up to ADAT XT-20's. I've fooled around with several old analogue boards over the years, but this thing rocks.
Does anybody else in this forum have any experience with something that old? I use an Amek 9098 and a Neumann TLM 103 thru this and multi-track my banjo, fiddles, mandolin, guitar, Dobro and stand-up and it rocks for bluegrass. Then it's off to my Masterlink and then to a mastering studio and viola, CDs for sale to a very limited venue. ![]() |
