Is there any way I can record my music onto Cakewalk Pro Audio 9 and edit the song with Cool Edit Pro 1.2?

Yeah..I think

You should be able to record your music as audio in Pro Audio 9 and export the tracks out as .wav files. Then open them in Cool Edit Pro.

You will need to convert any MIDI tracks to audio tracks by playing each midi track back and recording it as audio.
