a vocal loop AND effect pedal ??

hello all
im looking for a vocal loop AND effect pedal for live performances.

i emphasize AND because i either find half-ass loop pedals, such as the boss rc20 xl... which is more designed for guitar.... or i find only vocal effects pedals such as tc helicon ones.

i know that camille, the french singer, uses something. but not sure if she combines both.

anyone know of a magic product?
