this was my first try at putting down a song. i was very limited in my equipment, knowledge, skill and ability, so please be kind! (not to kind though) any feedback would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

listening now: the song is awesome, I love it. The recording, well it's not that great, but the song is..so do you change anything? I dont know. What are you after? I think this recording gets the feeling of the song across well..and ultimately thats what were all trying to do, right? Good job!

thanks so much for all the kind words!! its really encouraging to hear. the equipment I'm using (don't laugh) n-track , the mic that came with my computer, and an epiphone sg special without an amp (don't have one yet, gotta save). I really need to invest in a cheap accoustic. Thanks again for the encouragement!

Reminds me about when I as a kid recorded a boss dr550 through a Roland 10W simultaniously with the guitar miced with headphones to tape, then placed my stereo-speakers next to the guitar-amp and play along and recorded THAT with a 'boombox'... Wish I had that spirit left in me...
