Generic Pop Vocal
Hi,
I'm going to be doing work with a female pop singer (Really generic... think Britney Spears or Paris Hilton type vocals). I'm wondering what the best microphone I can get (value rice ratio) for her voice. It's only demo work so I'm not looking for top-of-the-line.Thanks! |

Yeah, she had an album a few years ago... it did pretty well actually. It's all autotune haha.

Please specify a price range. For some folks, not top-of-the-line means under $10,000. Consider Rode NTK. It works for a number of ladies I know. For wicked cheap, Oktava MK319.-Richie

I really like the AT4040 on female vocals. The SP B1 is good if you're looking for chinese-cheap.
