pitch correction tool?

so it has the basic vocal correction option--scale (A E G D...),but how do i set it to "Bm" OR "D7"...?

You must be looking at the presets only. You can select the key, as well as major, minor. You can also select chromatic.

There's no such thing as a Bm or D7 note. Those are triads/chords.
