having an issue with AA 3

Okay so this is kinda wierd. I have a full session.. drums bass 3 guitars and vocals and i'm getting this wierd clicking noise.. It sorta sound like something is clipping although nothing is.. when i listen to just the drums they're fine.. just the guitars they're all fine.. and when I mix down the clicks are usually gone.

I noticed when i have to many effects running it amplifies this problem until i freeze the tracks.. but even when i freeze all the tracks sometimes that clicky crackly sound is still there.. it makes it near impossible to mix if i have to unfreeze only one track at a time to work on it..

this has never been a problem.. I'm running the trial version right now so maybe that's an issue.. the computer i'm running is a duel 2.2 processor with 2 gigs of ram so somehow i don't think that's the issue

Doesn't sound like a processor issue, because if it was, you'd run into the same problem even if you had most of the tracks muted during playback... what are you monitoring through?

Check your buffer size!
I have it on 64 or 128 samples when I record but when I start to mix i turn it up to 2048. Don't be afraid to turn it even more.
When I used SB Live card I had it on 5120. (I use sample rate 44,1 kHz)

What Sikter said. In my soundcard's buffer settings, it says:

"Setting a buffer size that is too small may result in pops and clicks"
