Cool Plz help me revamp this studio...

Hello everyone... I work in a small project studio that's looking to do some remodeling... I'm attaching a graphic of what the studio looks
like, along with some useful information in hopes that you can guide
us in the right direction.

- The studio is housed in a warehouse center
- The current floors are carpeted and the studio has 8 ft. drop ceilings.
- The faces of the walls are drywall with the exception of the one on
the left that the synth is up against, it's that big jail cell/college
dorm brick.
- That closet holds the internet router for the building and a few
other miscellaneous things.
- The window behind the mixing desk is extremely thick, very similar
to the window/mirrors in a police interrogation room. On the other
side is an office. The current listening position is right in front of
that window with the speakers firing away from it.
- The booth is padded in an unorthodox manner and recorded vocals tend
to have too much of natural reverb (I get a better sound in the padded
corner of my bedroom than from the booth at work)

I hope u can help me... please let me know if you need any more info.

Thanks!

What specifically are you trying to do when you say 'revamp the studio'? Are you just wanting to treat it? Rearrange it? Move walls?

Layout isn't great due to angled wall on your right at the mix position causing non-symmetry issues and lack of being able to put bass control in both front corners.

In the booth, you'll definitely need to cover the acute corner with absorbtion or it'll cause issues.

The other room looks pretty squarish - you'll need a lot of broadband bass control. In addition to in-room things, above the drop ceiling should be 100% filled with insulation to extend it's absorbtion range.

Lots of other stuff depending on what you're doing overall.
