yeah, i think bands like Toto went out of style after the 80's though.

Yeah, looking over the specs I notice that nothing under 100hz is even tracked.


I'm going with the original plan, two layers of 5/8" sheetrock on RC.

So you are not adding an isolated wall? That is (of course) the best isolation you can get.

Yes, and all of it's claims are true - proven by the testing that has been performed on it and released.

I actually specify it's use on a lot (although not all) of the projects I design or consult on.

No, the neighbors aren't a problem - serious isolation isn't an issue. Just a single room, unattached to the main house, on a separate slab.
