Anyone want a website or website makeover for free?

Anyone here have a website? Not happy with the design? Or don't have one yet? Or want some stuff added?

I'm doing this mainly for practice because I want to start doing more freelance web designing. So I'm willing to do it for free. If you don't like it, don't keep it, it won't hurt my feelings.

I don't know Flash. If you have flash content I can add it on there but I haven't learned flash yet.

I'm good with HTML, CSS, and pretty good with Photoshop. I also know PHP/MySQL.

I work 50+ hrs a week on average but have time during the day/night to work on it. If anyone wants, post here or PM me. I'm only going to do 2-3 at a time.

The more details you give me, the better job I can do and the closer I can get it to how you want it. My psychic abilities aren't very good.

Managed to get it uploaded to putfile . I just realised, that isn't the complete one. I finished it in college. But the only change really, is that if you click on a track it'll play, then if you click on another it'll stop the first track and play that, whereas the one i've uploaded the 2nd track plays over the top.

Hmm, i'v just looked at the site on putfile. It worked at first, but it doesn't seem to be working now. I'll try uploading it again...

Hmm, it still doesn't unless you let the music play through. Just turn down the volume and let it play in the background...

Hey pandamok. I was able to go there and also download the website (flash file) so I have it on my computer.

I'll work on something tonight and see what I can come up with.

Do you still have copies of the songs and videos that are in this flash file? I don't have Flash MX or anything so I'm not sure how to extract them out of the .swf file.

I do have the songs, but I'm not really bothered about having them on the site. I only had them on so it fulfilled what they asked for at college.

I know the site will be pretty bare, but i don't really know what to put up there yet. The studio isn't finished yet, and the business isn't really up and running, so i don't really have much to put up yet. You could maybe, if it's not too much hassle, put up a studio construction bit... Here's a bunch of pics(in reverse order), take your pick at a few to put up...

I'll finish up the ƒairacres design tonight. Once it's done, you can either download and do whatever you want with it, or I can do the pages/graphics for you. Either way.

Almost got the design on fairacres done and also Pandamok's. I'm also doing another page for someone else so that makes 3.

I can give butt implants, ear jobs (some people are religiously opposed to this), and fingernail transplants, but I never heard of the other stuff...

Dirty Sanchez studios would actually be funny. I have to come up for a name for my recording place...

How about Rimjob Recordings.. or Asshat audio <-- that one is actually pretty funny.. I might put that in the linear notes of a disc I do "recorded at asshat audio by: rev. Fred Rogers" hehe. There's nothing like poking fun at convention.

Your site looks pretty good to me. The top logo is cut off on FireFox. Not sure about on Internet Explorer. Looks like you did a good job. Never heard of mkportal.

Julian - Fairacres is on my #1 priority list since it won't take me long to finish up.

Anyway, I will post back soon. As far as I know, I have this weekend off and that will give me time to get a bunch of stuff done.

I'm having some problems with some php modifications though, I'll come back in a few days when I get back on the website for a question or two, hope you don't mind
And the logo, I uploaded a huge logo, way bigger than the default banner size, I have to make it smaller and re-upload it.

pandamonk I'm real tired and started on a very scratch/rough design. I have no idea what you want it to look like. Feel free to tell me if you want anything changed or just start over. Without info I'm pretty lost on what to make it look like.

So, if you think it sucks, it's not because I suck it's because I don't know how to make it look.

You can download the bitmap file here. It's just a rough/incomplete design. There's 2 of them, the 2nd one just with a different background color.

Before converting this to HTML I'm gonna finish up fairacres for Julian, and that will give you the time to look through some templates if you want.

I'm not at all disappointed. It looks good! I'm happy with it.

Don't put yourself under any pressure to finish mine soon. I'm happy to wait. I might look through some templates, but i don't see much point, 'cause i like what you've done(although, like my mum said, it looks like a van rental website ). It'll be good once it has studio pics etc.
