Trying to get the correct flange/delay effect?

Hey all, Im working on a song and I want to add the same effect from

Imogen Heap's Hide & Seek song

search Youtube for it I cant post links yet ... wtf

I use cool edit pro2 and I just cant get the right choral/flange effect on it, also does anyone know what the distortion microphones are called?

Hm,
Any mic will produce distortion if you cream loud enough but some of them will distort less and they are called low distortion mics.

(Just trying to get strait if I completely understood your question)
