copy & paste over and over?

If I record 1 bar and I want it to go on for like 50 bars, do I have to copy paste it over and over or is there a shorter way? Thanks in advance for any help.

Yep... go into Options and select Record Mode: Loop Selection auto punch.

Then just grab the end of your measure, click and drag it as far as you want.

Another way, whenever you hit paste the cursor goes to the end of that audio clip, just keep hitting paste.
