I use a small diaphragm condenser on the neck, pointed at the joint, somewhere between 6-12 inches usually, and then a large diaphragm at least a foot off the body, usually pointing straight toward the guitar's upper bout/upper rim.

LDC around the main hole, SDC at the 12th fret of the neck, about 7 inches away. the LDC a foot and round abouts from the strings.

Small diameters for everything is my preference.

2 SDC's...one pointed about where the neck meets the body and another pointed at about the bridge. About 12" back.
