788 midi sync problems

Can't get the damn'd thing to sync with my computer. I know data can transfer to the 788 cos' it recorded track/sync from the computer, but still will not run.

I think I've got the settings sorted (sync set to int) but it still don't work.

Help.

Shouldn't the sync be set to external if you want to sync it to the 788?
