Replacing a fitted mic case - tips?

Hey folks,

I recently picked up a CAD VX2 on ebay, which came without its fitted case. I would like to come up with something similar to its original case for storage...just wondering if anyone has had luck with putting together a fitted case and if so, where did you find a suitable case/foam/etc?
