Help Betty Rumble get Atmosphere working

Betty bought Spectrasonic's Atmosphere Dream Synth VSTI module. I've walked her through getting set up for a VSTI track, but for some reason I can't figure out why she isn't able to hear it. At the moment, she isn't set up with a midi controller. We just have her using the piano roll to see if we can get sound.
Any help with the basics of setting up a track for midi/VSTI appreciated!

I dont have the libraries either. and when I pull up Atmosphere I get this;

UVI engine Error
Could not load.dat file
Error Id:2

Have volume now on that piano

Is there a stereo version of that? or are you using the multiout?

She said in another thread she was getting sound from the piano roll editor, but I'm not sure what sound she's getting.

I have to wait till monday to get the company to send me an NFR, but theres a great chance someone in the reaper help chatroom will have this VST-i and can help. Click the chatroom link in my sig and someone will help you
