Problem using external transport

I'm running PT7.3 LE with a digi002. I'm running on both a mac and a pc and I'm having problems on both formats. I'm trying to use MMC to use an Alesis BRC to control the transport. I'm receiveing midi timecode, but when I bring the transport window on line it goes out of sync. Otherwise when I press play on the BRC the screen starts to scroll as if it's playing but the song position line doesn't move, and there is no audio. It's the damndest thing and I can't figure it out. Please help!

I use a Brc with my set-up. brc to adat-to Hd recorder-to datasync2-to digi002, digi 002 is set in slave mode in pro-tools. I am not sure if you have any hardware in between Brc and pro tools? I send you a p.m get back at me after you read it we are both in Phx.
