What is the best type/species of cat for indoor living under $100? Oh, it will be used for entertainment purposes as well as prolonging my life, as studies have shown that owning a cat will help you live longer and happier.

Hm... maybe I should be more specific. I want this cat to be funny, like Dr. Evil's cat, be VERY nice feeling, I don't want it to shed much, and I want it to sit in my lap. Under $100 of course.
