Perfect condition, everything works 100% as new. Original box, manual, software (although drivers are out of date you'll have to dl the newer ones). This one is 2 years old and has the firewire interface.

Don't let em kid ya, the EMU M series converters are truly wonderful sounding. In fact, I recently sold my Mytek 192 because the negligible difference in conversion I heard versus the 1212m wasn't worth the price. So I sold the Mytek, and bought me the 1616m laptop version, thus the reason I'm selling my 1212m. Otherwise, I'd keep it.

fscott, I will give this a bump for you by saying, yes, it is a great deal on a great sound card. They really are very nice, especially with the daughter card that has the balanced ins and outs 1/4" jacks, as well adat and s/pdif and more, check it out.
