Swap out motors on a 38-8?

Is it possible to change the motors between a 32 and 38-8? Would it just be a quick swap? Also is it possible to change the little tension arms out between the 32 and 38-8? I looked at them and they appear to just be 1 screw and 2 springs and it should be a breeze. I want to swap mine between the machines cause the 38-8 are bent a little and the 32 isnt. And the 32 seems to have a better motor on it than the 38 too. So how hard would it be to do the motors? Or do I just need a new belt or something?

I believe all the motors are compatible on these machines, so it ought to work.
I'm not sure about the tension arms.
