BTW, I think he made a mistake on the model # of the deck. It's obviously a 16 track but I'm not sure what model.

The way I read the ad, he never actually stated the model of the recorder but did make mention of a 4 track deck that wasn't pictured?

The 16 track looks like the model previous to the 85-16B which I think was called a 90-16 but I can't clearly remember?

No, the 15 is the mixer's model number...their first large frame, 8 buss mixer!

When I bought my MS-16, the studio I got it from had the same mixer! It was huge!

What's the 16 track worth? I'd say around 1200 ~ 1500 bucks if in decent condition but odds are it will require a fair bit of TLC because of its age and normal wear...I think its around 28 to 30 years old at this point.
