Cubase routing questions

So I've just changed my setup a bit, and am wondering how best to monitor with it. I just got an RMD Hammerfall HDSP 9652.

Essentially, I have 2 banks af ADAT input from A/D convertors. A 3rd bank of ADAT will go to my Tascam DM24 for monitoring, etc.

Any suggestions on how to setup my monitoring on this system?
