BR 8 to cd

I believe I am in need of a compressor / limiter to help increase my over all sound when mixing down to cd. Do any of the compressor/limiters have a optical digital connection to go in line between the BR 8 and the CD recorded? I think this would be the place it would go. Any feed back?

I've never had to use a external compressor with the BR-8. Are you checking your EQ settings?

Why don´t you use another application once you have the final mix on your computer? I think you can add any DirectX plug-in with programs like Soundforge, Cool Edit Pro...

I think the mix-down section on the BR-8 is all you need, I have some great mixes, or so everyone tells me. Check out this demo I made on the BR-8
